Has anyone experienced a rash on both legs from toes to knees. This is a pinprick type very close together and red. Also areas of dark patches looks like bruising. There is pain in ankles and feet which go bright red and swell and I have many cramps day and night in calf of legs. I will be seeing my GP tomorrow, but cant see RA consultant for some time. When it first occurred in a much lesser degree some 3 weeks ago my GP did not know what it was as I take Warfarin and a lot of heart medication which could be contributing to the problem. However if someone else has experienced this problem with RA it would help clarify. Thanks

definately see the GP- I have had similar but it turned out not to be vasculitis.
it turned out to be inflammation of the skin layers.

if it is vasculitis, you will be seen quickly by rheumatology as emergency as you will need treatment.

I had similar rash when I was on Sulphazalazine. I was taken off it and the problem went.

Hope this helps.
